Hi Rob
Good to see ya checking in , geared up for the summer run, New jersey , New York and Connecticut on the 1st leg.
Is there any problem with that Mohegan date? Is Heaven and Hell going to be with you or is it an off date show like in 2004 when you stopped @ Mohegan during the ozzfest?

Hope all is well.

Some more random questions about Artists/designs.

Rob,

Over the years your work has been illustrated by various artists but it looks like you have made your picks for the long haul.

Obviously the Priest camp has keep Wilkinson at the top of their list and his work has continued to grow with the catalog. Most recent being the work done for the Nostradamus release. I think I have to jump on the band wagon and lay claim to the 4 Horsemen print being my favorite as well.

With your solo work Sasso has been the dominant artist for you work. I am curious to know what the connection is with the respected artists and do you give them free reign in regards to creativity or do you offer ideas for the direction you want the work to follow.

As always Thanks for your time,

thug

We had a great time at the U.S. in-stores a couple weeks ago. The Q was well represented, thank you for the great support. I'm very excited about our dates with Heaven and Hell, Motorhead and Testament this summer.
Everyone got tickets???

Metal God Entertainment is releasing Fight's new title 'Into The Pit.' We have put together fantastic box sets and digital products, and we have a couple freebies coming your way. More details 28 May at www.RobHalford.com.

Have a great time with the new releases. Also, post a few questions in this thread and I will try and find time to answer some. I'll catch up with everyone early June.

Love to all,

Rob
Thanks for the update! Can't wait to see you in San Antonio and Las Vegas! Be on the lookout for the "Sinfully Delicious" gals from the Priest site. Mara, JudasPriestess, Jeanine, and myself will be in Vegas for a big meet up!

Love ya Rob!
Hugs!

Thanks for posting a blog again Rob,
I met you in San Francisco at the Record store. I hope you and Priest do a Nostradamus signing on the West Coast this Summer.

I've got my ticket for the final Shoreline Show in August. I've seen you perform there at least 3 times. The Bay Area loves Priest and that night is going to be a blast!!!! I was at the Operation Rock Show in 91 and you guys kicked ass that night!! Everynight!!!!

Rob have you been able to stop smoking yet?
I hope so... if not, please keep trying... We want YOU to live Forever!!!!!!!!!

You are an awesome talent Rob!!!!! and so much more!

Looking forward to the new album. Best Buy better have it in stock the day it comes out or "some heads are gonna roooooll!!!" Wish I could say I was looking forward to the tour, but I'm afraid I'll have to sit this one out; saving money for getting married in October. Kickass lineup, though, hard to imagine one better. I know Priest will be delivering the fuckin' goods every night!

Rob, I want to thank from the deepest depths of my heart that you have changed the setlist! Please keep it that way, or at least keep it spicy and interesting! See you in Zwolle!

You bet I have tickets!! This is going to be the ultimate concert as far as I am concerned. I have seen JP several times but never had the privilege of observing DIO with Sabbath. I returned from masters' degree graduation party in Vegas only to find that my two favorite bands would be playing together and that a VIP experience was offered! My friends and I cannot wait to see the concert. We are attempting to create diversions immersing selves in work and other activities to reduce the impatience and anticipation! Nostradamus sounds great from what I have heard. You guys have done it again! All your efforts are successful! I have never been to pre-party with band before - not to mention my two favorites!

Hello Rob

Firstly, I hope that you and the rest of Priest are in good health and enjoying the Priest Feast. I am looking forward to buying Nostradamus next Monday I'm going to get dressed in my Painkiller t-shirt with studs and leather a plenty!!!

I just wondered if you plan to play some more dates in the UK next year? I know that you are playing Download festival this year but I can't really afford it I'd happily see you in London if you plan to play there next year!

My second request is for a tour DVD of Priest Feast and the Nostradamus tours. I love the new additions to the setlist and it would be great to crank them up loud on my telly.

Have fun on the rest of the tour and take care of yourself!

Dave

Rob,
ps. was just wondering what kind of car or cars you have in your driveway these days????

I was never a bike guy, but could always relate to someone who had interestes in a vehicle with 4 wheels.
I heard an interview with you back in I believe 1988, and you were talking about the cars you have/had.

...and that thread you started here not too long ago, talking about the drive from your home state of AZ to California, where you go up the mountains and it is all beautiful scenery.

So my question to you is... DO YOU OWN ANY 4x4's, high end cars or trucks these days???

And/or what is your favorite truck or car to drive?
Keep the faith,
TONY Z.
